Warranty Process:
1. Determine whether the damage is covered under the warranty:
  • What IS covered: typically, manufacture defects and workmanship - refer to the manufacturer’s website for detailed information regarding their warranty policy.
  • What is NOT covered: misuse, abuse, neglect, burns, unidentifiable stains, identifiable stains; hitting trees, rocks or other objects; your unruly dog, being a hero at après, etc…
