Our Warranty Process

Nearly every product we sell is covered by the individual manufacturers warranty against defects and workmanship. Please refer to the specific manufacturers website for details regarding their warranty guidelines.

Step 1: Determine whether the damage is covered under the warranty.

  • What IS covered: typically, manufacture defects and workmanship – refer to the manufacturer’s website for detailed information regarding their warranty policy. Most manufacturer warranties are either 1 or 2 years from the purchase date.
  • What is NOT covered: misuse, abuse, neglect, burns, unidentifiable stains, identifiable stains; hitting trees, rocks or other objects; your unruly dog, being a hero at après, etc…

Step 2: Contact Us

Call or email us. After speaking with you about your specific Warranty issue we will have a better idea of whether or not the manufacturer will warranty your item. Please have your proof of purchase ready to go as the manufacturer will ask for it.

NOTE: Do NOT ship merchandise back to us before speaking with us about your specific warranty issue.
