Sitting down with one of our boot fitters, we’ll break down your specific needs: Your skiing ability, preferences, and goals. From here, your boot fitter will provide suggestions and try on options unique to your needs and make adjustments as needed. Once you and your bootfitter have decided on the proper boot, it’s time to go skiing with the protection of our Boot Fit Guarantee. Ski boots are more customizable than ever. Many of the issues skiers feel in their ski boots can be fixed by making simple adjustments or modifications to the boot. Sit down with one of our boot fitters, and we will analyze your boot fit to recommend alterations based on your current experience, skier abilities, and goals.
In some cases, the boots will need work that may take much longer than the one hour allotted for the appointment. In this case, we will have you pick up the boot on a later date. This goes for both appointments and walk-in service.

$100 hourly – $50 minimum
Some manufacturers use new technologies allowing boots to be custom molded for a better fit. The staff at Ken Jones puts the boots in specially designed heating chambers to heat the shell and make it ready for molding to your feet. Once perfectly molded to your foot shape, the boot is rapidly cooled to hold the plastic shell in its new shape. This is not a one-size-fits-all approach for ski boot adjustments, but it can achieve lots of minor to medium fit adjustments.
Service may not be possible for all ski boots. Must have a boot with a heat-moldable outer shell. Includes heating of the liner. Appointments available 10 am – 5:30 pm

To gain access to this guarantee, sit down with one of our boot fitters and select a boot that is both skier and boot-fitter-approved. Our Boot Fit Guarantee provides a year of free boot work from the date of purchase. If any issues arise as you break in your new boot come back in, and we will work on your boot free of charge. After a few ski days and boot adjustments, if the boot fitter believes you are in the wrong fit to begin with then we can switch you into a different ski boot to achieve a better fit.
