Skiing
With the
spring season already here and summer just around the corner, the promise of
continued skiing and snowboarding in New England is unfortunately falling
short. It’s been a great season for everyone at Ken Jones Ski Mart however. All
of you who enjoy our ski shop in NH
have helped to make the 2014 skiing and snowboarding season an incredibly
memorable one. The events we’ve all shared together through Club KJ and our
Vermont Bus Trips have left us all with fond memories as well as enthusiastic
expectations for the next skiing and snowboarding season. It’s with a humble
graciousness that we thank all of our customers for making Ken Jones Ski Mart
such a fulfilling place to be a part of.
While the
snow is regrettably dissipating around New England, everyone at our ski shop in
NH encourages all of our fellow thrill seekers to continue partaking in their
favorite sports any way possible. And, luckily, there are ways to do it! Mt.
Hood in Oregon is a mountain blessed with year round snowfall and endless
possibilities for skiers and snowboarders alike. Mt. Hood plays host to ski and
snowboard summer camps that provide campers with everything they could ask for
to enhance their own skills.
A Fantastic Alliance

In fact, two
of the major ski and snowboarding summer camps at Mt. Hood, Windells Camp and
High Cascade Snowboard Camp (HCSC), are joining forces this summer to offer
campers the experience of a lifetime. Combining forces, Windells Camp and HCSC
are making Mt. Hood the premier spot to be for anyone looking to continue their
skiing and snowboarding on fresh snow from June to October. Boasting access to
the only 22’ Superpipe in North America during the months of June, July, and
August, campers can also learn from the pros themselves during special
signature sessions. Yes, Olympians like Scotty Lago, Sage Kotsenburg, Kelly
Clark, and more will offer lessons to Mt. Hood campers all summer long.
What does
this mean for the regulars at our ski shop in NH? A chance to keep skiing and
riding all summer long with gear provided by Ken Jones Ski Mart. The
unprecedented partnership between the Windells and HCSC camps is set to make
Mt. Hood the most insane place to be for the most extreme athletes among us. We
encourage everyone to check out the details of this summer’s partnership by

This article explains all the benefits that will be made available to campers
who sign up for this one of a kind experience. So, while we bid a fond farewell
to the New England snow, you make sure to embrace the priceless experience of
attending a summer camp at Mt. Hood!
