The Ken Jones Junior Lease program and the FREE Waterville Valley Resort Junior Season Pass Program are back for the 2026-2027 winter! Full program details are listed below.

How the Program Works:

Please book an appointment online with our scheduler on this page, or this link HERE, to get your 26 -27 Junior and Teen Lease equipment. Equipment does sell out every season, so the earlier you can get fit, the better. To learn how to score FREE skiing for your 6-12 year old using the Waterville Valley Resort Junior season pass, please read below. Have kids 5 and under or ages 13 – 16? You can still lease with us, but unfortunately, the Waterville Valley Resort Junior Season Pass is not applicable.

Get fit at the store on your appointment day and time. The junior skier or snowboarder must be here at this time to be properly fit for the ski or snowboard equipment. Used Junior Leases are $169. New Junior Leases are $249. New Freestyle Leases are $349, and New Teen Leases are $399. You will leave with your gear on the same day. The whole fit process should take no more than 30 minutes. Please keep in mind that all junior lease gear is fit and sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

Redeem your FREE No Blackout dates Waterville Valley Resort Junior Season Pass (ages 6-12) by March 1st. Have a great season skiing and riding on the mountain. Once you are done skiing for the winter, please return your gear to the Junior Lease Center. The deadline for all Junior Lease returns is April 30th.

Used Junior Lease – $169

Used Junior Ski Leases start at 70 cm and end at 150cm.
Used Junior Leases contain a Junior Ski or Snowboard and the appropriate boots.

New Junior Lease – $249

New Junior Ski Leases contain Nordica Skis with Nordica Boots.
New Junior Snowboard Lease Contains a K2 Board and K2 Boots.

Teen Lease Skis start at 150cm for boys and 140cm for girls.
New Teen Ski Leases contain an All Mountain Tweener Rossignol Ski and an Adult Ski Boot
The Teen Ski Lease is a higher-performance, better-constructed ski and boot than the Junior Ski Lease.

New Twin Tip Lease – $349

New Twin Tip Leases contain an Armada ARV 84 Twin Tip Ski and a Nordica Ski Boot.
This is a premium Junior Lease designed for the advanced and freestyle-oriented junior skier in your family.
Armada ARV 84 comes in sizes 133cm, 143cm cm, and 150 cm.

Junior ski and snowboard Lease Important Information

If your child does not qualify for the Waterville Valley Resort Junior Season Pass program, you may purchase a junior lease with us; however, it will not include the junior season pass.
If your child is 5 years old or under, they ski for FREE at Waterville Valley Resort. Please visit the ticket window upon arrival at the mountain.
Junior and Teen sized equipment only. No adult ski or snowboard equipment or leases are available.
Appointments are required! Junior Lease walk-in service is not guaranteed. However, our staff will do their best to accommodate your party.
Please make your appointment here or use the scheduler above.
Packages are leased out on a first-come, first-served basis. Our lease program does sell out every year. Please get fit ASAP for the best availability of equipment.
Our Leases include a Junior set of Skis or a Junior Snowboard along with the appropriate boots.
The skier/rider must be present for equipment fitting.
No reserving of junior lease gear is allowed.

Free Waterville Valley Resort Junior Season Pass Important Information

No Blackout dates!
To be eligible for the FREE Waterville Valley Resort Junior Season Pass, qualifying juniors must be 6-12 years old and can not turn 13 on or before December 31st, 2026.
If your child is 5 years old or under, they ski for FREE at Waterville Valley Resort. Please visit the ticket window upon arrival at the mountain.
To be eligible, customers have to physically lease the junior ski or snowboard by December 31st, 2026, to receive the Waterville Valley Resort Junior Season Pass.
All leases completed on or after January 1st are not eligible for the Waterville Valley Resort Junior Season Pass.
At the time of leasing, participants receive information and a unique code to redeem their FREE Junior Season Pass through the Waterville Valley Resort Season Pass website.
Once registered for the Junior Season Pass with Waterville Valley Resort, participants must go to the Waterville Valley Resort Season Pass Office with their Ken Jones Junior Lease paperwork and Ken Jones sales receipt to pick up the Junior Season Pass.
Must redeem your pass by March 1st!

Junior Ski and Snowboard Lease Equipment Return

Lease Returns are quick and easy! Less than 5 minutes!
Please return your Junior Lease gear ASAP to the Junior Lease Center, Tuesday – Sunday, 10 am – 6 pm, by May 10th.
Junior Lease deadline for equipment return is April 30th.
All Junior Leases are past due and late. Please return ASAP.
